None. Seriously, best thing with Brave is you don’t need to use any extensions to get the best experience. In fact, using extensions increases the chances of compatibility issues or in allowing places to track you or gather data. Your best option is to only grab extensions that offer things you need but can’t be done by Brave.
Shouldn’t really need to change anything. I mean you can check what I say on Shields settings at Helpful Info & FAQ for Brave Users - #28 by Saoiray. Beyond that I guess just make sure you have Widevine enabled at brave://settings/extensions if you plan on watching movies or anything on the device.
