Been getting a blank white screen for months

I’m so tired of this problem and I’ve searched it before and tried to solve it but nothing has worked. It’s practically unusable. I can’t watch videos or gifs. It all just turns into a white screen and I hear the audio but see nothing and can’t click anything. It’s so annoying because I can’t use it anymore.

Any video or gif I come across turns into the blank white screen sometimes when I highlight words it happens as well.

I just want to be able to watch videos again please help me.
