I also lost 15.25 BAT when linked to uphold.

I have experienced the same issue twice. After using Brave for an extended period the something what 65 dollars worth of BAT have disappeared after connecting to Uphold wallet. They are also not displayed there. I experienced the same thing on my personal device, what to do? Ive went through the questions above and can answer them all the same way, except that I am in Switzerland. It kinda pi**es me off since Ive been an early supporter and have been using the browser and recommending it for over three years now and yet there is no support to turn to? Who can help?

Wow, I am jealous. My BAT balance disappeared when linking Gemini and it still hasn’t caught up. This was months ago.

Same thing happened, but please check your Gemini account - there is a “Trading” and “Balance” section.

My BATs from Brave was automatically transferred to “Trading”, you may want to check that after logging in to your Gemini account. @dsims

Sounds like others are also having trouble with verification on Uphold, though

The mods fixed it for me and issued a back payment. I just had to be patient as it took a while. I am happy they made it right, though!

Good stuff! There’s also a bit of a disconnect in the balance (I suspect just a sync issue between local / cloud / blockchain), which would eventually be resolved (not sure how)

I have the same issue. after verifying my gemini account all my rewards lost 7BAT.
But my recieved january reward 0.5BAT show up. any solution for this?

So you are saying you had 7.0 BAT before verifying, and after verifying, only 0.5 BAT showed up in your Gemini account? @dwld

I have close gemini connection on brave, so I have the monthly earnings on brave, now I am to connect again and “lose” this month’s earnings.

@jpcolantuono Did you DM the moderators with your wallet payment id found at brave://rewards-internals? If not, you should do that. Include a link to this post. Do not post your wallet id!

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon on the About page then select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.

this would be great advice if they answered DMs… been waiting 16 days for a response.

@SmokeyWI Since it has been over a couple of weeks, just tag them in your original DM and ask for a status update. Support staff get hundreds of DMs a day, some are overlooked, some take a while to resolve depending on the issue. Rarely do support staff send responses on status unless they are requesting new information. A nudge reminding them your issue is still active may help get you a response to your issue.
