BAT Tokens sent back to Brave International without Auto-Contribution

I just checked my Uphold account and noticed that my BAT tokens have been sent back on 2 occasions. I’ve also tried sending an email to refunds@brave.com but received a reply saying that the email is closed and was directed to reach out here.

Any help with this?

Can you please DM me the following information from your Brave://rewards-internals page?

  • Copy/Paste your Wallet info section in the General tab
  • A screenshot of your Contributions tab
  • A screenshot of your Events log tab.
