BAT to Gemini Wallet

I haven’t received my BAT on my Gemini wallet. how long does it takes?

my account has been verify and still haven’t receive rewards from last month

If you still haven’t received your BAT, DM the moderators and include a link to this post and the following information.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.

It is Friday night in the US and support staff usually do not work weekends. So, don’t expect a response until at least Monday and it may take longer.

If you have received your BAT, please, reply to your post that you received your BAT in your Gemini wallet and mark your reply as the solution.
