BAT Sent to Brave Wallet Address does not appear in Brave Account balance


Hi, I’m just transfer 25 BAT from my uphold account to my Brave wallet on (11/23/2017 12:34 pm)
(see screen record). But until now, it never arrived to my Brave wallet.

Could you please navigate to %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming and open ledger-state.json file (you can just use a text editor to view this file). Once you have this open, could you please locate ‘paymentId’? Then copy and paste it into a private message to me? We need ‘paymentId’ to research this. There was an issue previously where funds were not displaying and we are still working to fix transactions which were affected. With your paymentId I can work with a teammate to see if this was an affected transaction.
