BAT rewards processing error / disappeared

I know this has appeared a few times, but after the 3-4 day waiting period for the payment of BAT to process for my December earnings, it said today “there was a processing error.” Then my earnings vanished, as well as any data for my December activity in my payment summary.

Is there any help available or did I lose everything? It was 4.5 BATs. Any chance they can be recovered?
