BAT rewards pile up in brave, not synchronized to uphold

Briefly describe your issue:
BAT Brave rewards not synchronizing with uphold wallet.

monthly payouts appear on uphold, but dont correlate to earned BAT this month in brave and are usually quite small.
backlog BATs in brave wallet pile up and dont get synchronized to uphold.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I have the same issue.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using?
Mac OS Big Sur - Version 11.6
Brave Version 1.31.87

Everything else is the same as above.

Please help! As I receive only a small portion of my BAT into my Uphold wallet. The Uphold support told me that they cannot do anything about it, since it appears to be a Brave issue.

I’m having a similar issue. I’ve tried so many times to claim my BAT, but it’s not being added to my Uphold wallet.
I’ve lost some BAT in the past just like this, and it’s getting annoying that Brave Support cannot be contacted directly.

Only a portion of my BAT on Brave is actually sent to wallet.
v11.5, MacBook Pro, Brave V1.31.88.

The same issue, the operating system is Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon and brave version is [

I have the same issue, only part of my BATs were transfered. I lost some of it too trying to disconnect and reconnect the account

You guys should message someone from the Brave Support Team with all the necessary information required. I still have the same issue, but one of the Team Members messaged me. Unfortunately, I have seen it only today. Just provide the infos in a DM and be patient =)

thanks for that info. could you tell me how you found somebody from the support team?

They are usually very active here. You can recognize them by their Brave Logo next to their names. Also there is a shield next to their profile pictures. If you put your cursor over there, it usually says that they are moderators. @Mattches is one of them, I believe.

Hi all, if this is still an issue for you please DM me the following info:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
