I have over the course of this year repeatedly reach out to support. Pretty much been brushed aside or ignored. Since attempting to do the one time process of sending over the iOS rewards, my Brave rewards have been almost non-functional.
This porting was initiated some time around December 2020. It was in January 2021 that I noticed that my rewards in my browser were not actually arriving in my Uphold wallet. I reached out to support the first time, provided all sorts of information, and received no help. Unfortunately the paper trail for my first contact seems to be missing. Hopefully I will find this as it included wallet addresses, transaction ids, etc.
I contacted support a second time Feb 16, 2021, 11:38 AM, id 87444. I was requesting to figure out why my rewards were being sent out but were not syncing to my Uphold wallet. I did not receive a response until Apr 9, 2021, 11:23 AM. The response stated support was experiencing a high volume of inquiries. Asked if I was still experiencing the issue. I replied on
Apr 9, 2021, 12:44 PM stating yes I was still having problems. I was then ignored until
Apr 29, 2021, 10:00 AM when they closed my ticket as “solved.” During the time this ticket was open I saw a post here on the community forum that asked to DM steeven if we were experiencing this problem.
I DM’d my problem with the requested information and never received a response. I assumed the team either was seriously overwhelmed with technical problems or did not actually care.
I have appreciated other aspects of the browser, so I have ignored the ongoing problems. In June I built a new computer and downloaded the browser and linked my uphold to this new instance of the browser. I basically assume anything from before June was just gone. But now my browser rewards won’t verify my wallet. My uphold account states I am linked but I have not received any payments since Jul 09, 2021. Is there any way to actually receive support? Or do we just assume the rewards are a non-functional gimmick?
