BAT reward does not work on all my devices

I have 3 devices connected to brave reward and uphold; 2 computer and 1 android phone. However, I have only received my rewards from one computer for several months. The other devices tell me “your rewards are available” but I can’t do anything else and I never receive them.

No vpn
Verified user from several month on uphold
Eligible region
No problem in the past

@Cyr_l If you’re getting Rewards are not available in your area, then you may want to check out the FAQ I just linked to with it. If you’re seeing a different message, could you do me a favor and be more specific so I can provide better guidance?
