Had a 5-6 BAT reward that reset back to 0?
Definitely would like to fix it and figure out how to get that back.

Hi, this is a completely normal occurrence as at the start of the month rewards reset to 0. Nov 1-nov 30 is a new month so the counter starts over. Payouts should begin around the 7th of the month and may not be completed until a week after. So you should expect payouts to be complete around the middle of November for October ads.,
