BAT problem with 2 profiles

Hey,
I use 2 Brave profiles, 1 is for my schoolwork while the other is for my personal use. Yesterday, all of a sudden, I stopped receiving Brave rewards ads for my personal profile but I still received ads for my School profile. I have checked and I only received 4 ads the whole day even though my limit is set to 5 ads per hour. I have trying toggling Brave rewards on and off and also trying turning Ads on and off but no luck. I would really like some help please.

I highly doubt this affects anything, but yesterday I changed the ads priority of Brave browser in Windows setting from normal to high.

Seems normal. You need to understand the basic thing about Brave Ads first. The goal is to show you privacy respecting ads that are relevant to the user in the right context (a “match” is found) – not to make sure that all users “see some ads” . Ah, ok that makes sense. Thank you for explaining, I really though it was something I did that caused a problem but what you said makes much more sense.
