BAT Payment Not Received

I had some BAT tokens on my IOS Device (Iphone 8) and transferred them to my Desktop through the QR Code Scan. The message on my phone screen stated that it will take several minutes to transfer the BAT:s , and I have waited now 4 days and till this moment I have not received anything I hope You Can Cooperate and help Together to Develop

Brave. Otherwise Trust will be lost in the Brave Browser…
