BAT Payment Not Received YET

Dear Basic Attention Token (Brave) Team,

I hope You have a Wonderful Day,

I had some BAT tokens on my IOS Device (Iphone 8) and transferred them to my Desktop through the QR Code Scan. The message on my phone screen stated that it will take several minutes to transfer the BAT:s , and I have waited now 4 days and till this moment I have not received anything I hope You Can Cooperate and help Together to Develop

Brave. Otherwise Trust will be lost in the Brave Browser…

same thing seems to be happening to many people on here. can you check brave://rewards-internals/ in your desktop browser? It seems that the transfer is being recorded but we aren’t getting our tokens for some reason.

I just checked “General Info” tab my Balance was:

Balance info

Total balance 0 BAT

Rewards BAT: 0 BAT

Uphold Wallet: 0 BAT

But Under the “Promotions” tab I got 3.25 BAT which I suppose the one I transferred.

I also lost all of my BAT form this problem, also using an iPhone 8. Waiting for a response.

I don’t know if the Brave Team Release this Problem and find a solution, otherwise they will lose many loyal customers.
