Description of the issue:
The BAT displayed on my browser on windows is different than the amount showing in uphold.

View amount of BAT in browser and uphold account

PC: 42.415
Uphold: 10.415
Mobile: 10.415
Expected result:
PC: 42.415
Uphold: 42.415
Mobile: 42.415

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10, Brave v1.19.88
Additional Information:
When I disconnect my wallet from uphold on my windows 10 browser, the value goes down to 32, and when I reconnect, it went back to 42.415. It seems like 32 BATs are permanently stuck in my browser and not able to be synced to uphold.
