Bat of Brave Rewards creators does not show

Hi, I am a content creator and it seems that something is wrong with the assigment of BAT. I have some downloads and installations but the status says that no one is using Brave Browser. I am pretty sure some people use the browser for more than a month but I do not know why I do not get BATs. I have some photos

What will be wrong, I know my friends are using brave browser, why I do not get BATs

I am in Chile, the version is 83.0.4103.116, using Ubuntu 18.04.
