My Uphold account was recently verified. BAT rewards for current month were transferred to my uphold account, but the rewards I received a few months before the verification have not been transferred to my uphold account. Now the balance of my BAT rewards is zero, even though I have not been paid for a few months prior to the verification. Could anyone please explain why is this so?
