Bat not tranffering to Uphold

Hello to all.

I have an issue with my BAT coins.

I had an account on my desktop for a couple of years and I was collecting coins.
Then I installed brave browser on my smartphone and started collecting BAT also there…and at the same time I have synced my accounts to one.

Some months before I created an uphold account in order to continue collecting BAT.

Also the browser started transferring my BAT every month to my Uphold account.

But the BAT I had from before creating my account doesn’t transfer to my Uphold account.

Meaning that on my PC and smartphone I see my balance …but I don’t see this balance to my Uphold account…neither this balance is transfered to my Uphold account every month, like the new BAT I collect now…

Any ideas of withdrawing this balance??

There is also no option for transfers etc…

The first thing I want to point out here, @Sevax, is that Rewards has never synced between devices. So there wouldn’t be any syncing accounts to one. If you meant this to say you connected both to the same Uphold account, then you’re right. But there are some pretty important differences on phrasing and meaning here.

This likely is correct. You don’t give us an idea of timeline, but there were announcements given for nearly a year to warn people they needed to be connected to Uphold or another custodial partner in order to earn BAT and if wasn’t connected by the end of October 2023, they would lose any vBAT they had earned. Most likely you’re seeing the sunsetted vBAT that is in your browser but is now useless. It won’t ever take from there.

For the rewards it is probably that I have the vBAT rewards on my PC browser and smartphone browser.

So those are lost even though I made the Uphold account when I saw the update posted by the browser…
No way to withdraw them…?!¡

Let me just verify with you, when did you connect to Uphold?

I created my account on 9 November 2023 and connected it to brave .

So then yeah, it definitely was too late. Nobody will be able to help you get any of the BAT earned prior. So no, no way to withdraw the BAT earned before then, which is referred to as vBAT
