BAT not adding up // Unredeemable

Description of the issue:
Since about a month ago my BAT stopped adding up and I also didn’t get a pay out this month.
I still have ads, but I get no reward for it.

Expected result:
I hope I can start receiving BAT soon and that I can claim my rewards again.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave 1.23.71

Additional information:
it’s been stuck on this for a month now
