BAT missing pending and not received in Uphold, what can I do?

On Tuesday, December 8, my 6,330 Bats disappeared from my “estimated pending rewards” leaving only 1,625 Bats now increased to 2,325 Bats due to the use of the browser. It surprises me since my “Date of the next payment” marks January 5 although the payment of my 6,330 Bats was on December 5, they did not deposit it to my uphold account. As a note, there is no movement to date in uphold and the automatic contribution option is not activated. I also submitted a claim to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but I did not get any response.
What solution can you give me?
