BAT missing from Pending Payouts

The same issue happen to my cousin today and my brother made a complaint few days about tipping issue. Tipping of BAT snag . My cousin had 3.6BAT and today 0.15BAT no update and all. @asad @mattches

Bat rewards Wiped Out

Hello, I woke up two days ago and my rewards (which are pending t’ill payment date) are all gone. My browser wallet is wiped out. I have only been using Brave browser for less than a week so my 3 BAT are now gone. I got those rewards via ads. Will this happen again? What is the underlying cause of the loss? It’s like if the rewards program reset itself. Now I am at .25 bat from today. Any help from someone from Brave would be appreciated.

Bat-Balance erased

Brave browser stoped responding and crashed. After force-quitting BAT Balance in the Desktop browser of ~3BAT was erased. macOS Sierra, 10.12.6 Brave Version 0.66.99 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) hope this helps and best regards.

Lost my BAT Rewards

Hello i have lost all my BAT Rewards, i saw them yesterday today when i opened browser all are gone, i assume its something to do with payout, can you please check
