I had watched many ads and had accumulated a few BAT for next months payout. Unfortunately my system ran into an error and i had to reinstall all the applications including Brave. I used the backup file to restore my Brave wallet and it was all fine as the BAT i had before too was restored.
But the ad counter has now been reset to ZERO and thus my earning from ads too is now at zero. I thought restoring wallet also restored the earnings from ads. If that’s not the case please do consider adding such a sync feature.
What happened to me could happen to anyone. Luckily for me it happened early after the last month’s payout, imagine if i had encountered the same at end of month, just before payout !
That would’ve been devastating.!
