BAT earning disappeard and appeard again and no rewards for advertising

Today each time I launch Brave my BAT earning disappeard and after a while appeard again…
Plus the fact (it’s new on my computer) that I had 3 advertising in the last hour and no new rewards earning

System : mac high sierra

Brave version : Version 1.23.71 Chromium: 90.0.4430.72 (Build officiel) (x86_64)

VPN : Nord VPN
