BAT balance not the same between my phone browser and my uphold account

Briefly describe your issue:

A few month ago when I activated my wallet on my phone after reaching the 25 BAT treshold to do so, my 25+ BAT were not added to my uphold balance. And is still not added to this date.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Android 11; Build/RKQ1.201022.002

Brave 1.27.109, Chromium 92.0.4515.115

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)


What date did you verify your wallet?

A few month ago

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Every payment but the initial 25 BAT one was successful from my phone browser

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)


Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?


Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I don’t think you read this right. or maybe i didn’t make myself clear. This is not a “this month” problem. the problem has been going on for some time now. When I connected my phone to uphold A FEW MONTH AGO my BAT didn’t sync with the account

Hi @jtastet, please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
