Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Not yet
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) NO
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? Yes
As far as I know we get rewarded in BAT for watching ads. I understand that this week the $ for BAT increased and that’s probably the reason we get a reduction of BAT. Even so, we get rewarded in BAT, not $, therefore the BAT amount cannot change on our account.
Please check and re-establish amounts as they were.
As a matter of fact, expectation is as BAT value increased, the equivalent $ amount (derived from conversion) would increase as well.
