BAT accumulation has stopped this month and my balance is dropping

I notice for the past couple weeks I haven’t been accumulating any BAT even though I have ads turned on and my balance has dropped from around $16 to $11 so far. This all started right after redeeming my first reward through Tap. I have auto contribute off and everything else looks normal except that there is no balance activity info.

Is there any way to fix this?
