Bank site not allowing login info

Win 10 home.
Latest brave version

there is a box on the upper left side asking for ID CODE; PIN CODE; OTP CODE

The boxes are physically unclickable and I can’t enter the information. This site used to work a few updates ago.
I tried turning off all site shields but no difference. This is the only site that prevents me from using brave as default browser.

I didn’t test on the site… but I noticed on chase.com bank site that turning off the shields doesn’t work for the tab you are currently focused on. One long shot that works there is to navigate to the page your listed, turn off your shields while leaving it open, then open a new tab and try opening the same site. Best of luck.

Sometimes, it can be a problematic situation when you try to load your site with the Google Chrome Web browser on your PC and get that you can’t sign into any of the sites. At that point of time, check the settings in the Preferences menu of your Chrome web browser to ensure you can fix the problems on your own.

I am having the same situation - cannot log onto my bank web site - BUT I was able to go in under internet explorer (I detest google chrome & will avoid them at all costs because of their collusion with communist china) - I re-set brave’s cookies & preferences, all to no avail
