Description of the issue:
Background audio playback does not continue when using mobile sites in Brave on Android. When the app is minimized or when switching to another app, the audio stops. However, when switching to Desktop Site mode, audio continues to play in the background without any issues.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open Brave browser on an Android device.
- Visit a mobile version of a website that plays audio (e.g., https://freefy.app).
- Start the audio and then minimize the app or switch to a different app.
- The audio will stop playing once the app is minimized or the phone is locked.
Expected result:
The audio should continue playing in the background even when the app is minimized or the screen is off.

Brave 1.75.181, Chromium 133.0.6943.141
Mobile Device details:
- CPU: ARM RK3568 (4 cores) (up to 2.0 GHz)
- Android Version: Android 11
Same issue with Bluestack
Additional Information:
- The issue only occurs with mobile sites. When switching to Desktop Site mode, audio continues to play in the background as expected.
- I have tried this on multiple websites and the issue persists.
- I have checked Brave settings but couldn’t find any option to allow audio playback in the background on mobile sites.
