Description of the issue:
Brave crashes on startup.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. start brave

Expected result:
No crash

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.48.171 Chromium: 110.0.5481.177 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Do you have anything set in brave://flags/ (look for items with a blue dot)?

I had #brave-news disabled, setting it to default made Brave work normally again.
