Automatic video pop-out feature on Tab Switch

Opera had introduced an automatic video pop-out feature, also known as picture-in-picture mode, in its version 83 update.
This feature automatically toggles PiP mode for any video that is currently being played when you switch to a different tab.
For example, if you are watching a video on YouTube and switch to a different tab, the video will be displayed on top of the new tab in a mini-panel.
This feature is similar to the video conferencing pop-out feature introduced in the R5 update, which switches the video from normal view to a compact picture-in-picture mode for services like Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams.

Similarly, Firefox had introduced an automatic Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode that activates when you switch tabs while a video is playing. This feature was first available in the nightly builds and has since been rolled out to stable versions, including Firefox 130. To enable this feature, you can go to “about:preferences#experimental” in the address bar, find the option for “Picture-in-Picture auto-open on tab switch,” and check the box next to it.
This automatic PiP mode allows you to continue watching videos while you multitask across different tabs or applications. When you return to the original tab, the PiP window will automatically close.

The same feature can also be found in Arc Browser.
My question is when can we expect such a feature on Brave? It is my default browser since September 2023, and sometimes it is very annoying to switch tabs to pause a YouTube video or to seek through it.

Chromium flags are available, but those don’t work even if those are active, so it is my humble request to the developers, please bring such a feature to brave since I have seen a lot of my friends switching to Firefox & opera because of this and the irony is I was the one who asked them to use Brave in the first place.
It is sad & I also sometimes use Opera these days only for that PiP feature because it is so handy in many cases.
