This morning while working I got an email from Uphold saying that I sent 20.00 BAT to Brave Software International. I sent an email to Uphold reporting the issue, In the response email they told me it was an auto-contribution to Brave Software International made from my browser and that I should contact you guys. I haven’t made any contributions today and my auto-contributions are off. I checked the Brave urls I visit and checked the BAT amount of tips you can send and none fall in 20.00 BAT, but in increments of 10. I am confused and a little bit worried about the security of my computer. I have no idea what may have caused this.
I have no idea how can this can be reproduced.
