Autofill stopped working

I have to fill in fields repetitively for my work. The autofill is especially useful and time saving. About 1-2 weeks ago, possibly after an update or a clearing of my cache, all of my autofills stopped working. Also, it’s not saving any new data I enter.

This has happened for all of my text fields.

I went to the Settings > Autofill and passwords, but I am not referring to addresses addresses and passwords. There’s no “more” under addresses as suggested when I search for how to fix this.
I need to autofill about 100-200 fields that I have to manually enter text into daily.

I would love for my autofills to come back, or at least start saving again so I can use them moving forward.

A) Do not use Private Browsing
B) Do not use a Private Window
C) Do not use Tor with a Private Window

D) Among BB Settings, Disable Continue where you left off
E) Among BB Settings, Disable Forget me when I close this site

F) Among BB Settings at brave://settings/clearBrowserData

  • Basic tab > Disable Cookies and other site data
  • Basic tab > Disable Cached images and files

  • Advanced tab > Disable Cookies and other site data
  • Advanced tab > Disable Cached images and files
  • Advanced tab > Disable Passwords and other sign-in data
  • Advanced tab > Disable Autofill form data
  • Advanced tab > Disable Site and Shields Settings

  • On exit tab > Disable Cookies and other site data
  • On exit tab > Disable Cached images and files
  • On exit tab > Disable Passwords and other sign-in data
  • On exit tab > Disable Autofill form data
  • On exit tab > Disable Site and Shields Settings

After BB Settings changes, Exit / Quit everything and Restart computer. Make sure that the settings stick.

Sometimes, you may have to completely reset the Site Settings for a Specific Site.
