Description of the issue: When i try watch youtube in incognito mode it automatically block all cookies and cause of that video stops playing. I think incognito mode should temporarily save them not block all of them from the beginning. When i open incognito mode it shows on the list of blocked sites when i manually remove restriction and refresh page it’s starts working fine but it’s annoying to do that every time.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Open youtube in incognito mode and look into the setting and see it in blocked list

Expected result: Accept cookies while using and remove them after closing the page
