Description of the issue:
When using vertical tabs in the auto-minimize mode, after hovering over and switching to another tab (it expands and then closes as normal) but going back to expand the tabs again to see the full name and not just the icon, the tabs glitch and expand underneath the webpage, cutting off the actual text and tabs.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Hover over vertical tab (and it expands)
- Switch to a different tab from the one you were on
- Move cursor back to webpage so the tabs minimize to just the icons again
- Move cursor back over tabs so it expands and the glitch will occur

As shown on left, tabs do not open fully whether cursor is over tabs or not (have to click another tab and it pops back to normal but very annoying
