Auto expand bookmark folders on hover

With a permanent bookmarks bar how convenient would it be to hover over a bookmarks folder to make it auto expand as to save on unnecessary clicks. I looked and searched for add-ons or build-in features to no avail.

Can such be done in Chrome/Brave?

Yes I am researching how to do this now, I want this. Does this exist yet?
