Auto-contribute was turned on automatically and sent 1 BAT before I could turn it off

Briefly describe your issue:
I already sent in a ticket to Brave Support a month ago, and they never got back to me.
I opened up Brave and signed in on a new laptop, and it automatically turned on Auto-Contribute and withdraw 1 BAT from my funds without me having any choice in the matter. I want this amount refunded and sent in a ticket. I got an email with a ticket number: 174943 but still no reply.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?
