Auto-contribute Issue (Follow-up)

Hi, I have issue with the auto-contribute bug and emailed to refunds@brave.com and support+publishers@basicattentiontoken.org on 11 June 2020. My account was automatically zeroed (0) even if I turned-off the auto-contribute. I am using pc version.
I have inlcuded in the email all the required info for your processing.

Kindly please help me on this.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
