Auto Contribute Bug - New User

Per the instructions via this thread: Auto Contribute issues need refund I am reaching out to this form today.

I just sent a message to refunds@brave.com based on that discussion above but it appears the email has been closed and it suggested I come here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have had quite a bit of BAT sent away without my go ahead. Super confusing but it appears people have had this solved before!

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
