Attach file option not available

Exact URL of the website in question
When using Brave with Synology.com support and use “Reply” option Brave does not show the attach file icon/option.

Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge, all show the attach file icon/option.

Using Windows 7 64-bit.

**Did the issue present with default Shields settings?
Used default Brave settings

**Does the site function as expected when Shields are N/A
