I use Brave on multiple devices (3 Windows machines, 1 Android device). On one Windows pc, I have to re-login to every single site whenever a new release of Brave has been installed. I don’t have this on the other devices.
I am not able to reproduce this issue. It just happens after the automatic installation of a new release.
As on my other devices, I’d expect that I’d be logged in automatically to these sites (webmail, OneDrive, Google/YouTube, Spotify, wiki, …), even after an update. Luckily, the saved usernames and passwords are still present in the browser.
It seems like a known issue where Brave requires re-login after updates. This might be due to a bug or a profile-specific problem. Try checking if you’re using the same profile across devices, and ensure no extensions are interfering.
