Asked to contact support when login to Bitflyer fails

I tried to log into bitflyer to check my balance.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes.

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?
I’ve been using it for years, so I don’t remember.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, I am.

If you reset your Rewards profile, do you still see this issue?

Thank you for the reply. I followed the steps to reset the Rewards profile, but now it won’t let me start up again.

If your create a new test profile, do you still see this issue? Thanks!

I haven’t tried it yet… but I will soon. I have three different profiles I’m currently using and none of them work.

I found out the issue. My institution (place of work) has implemented a filter that blocks access to certain websites. I’m guessing they blocked access to this feature of Brave.

I will withdraw my inquiry. Sorry for troubling everyone. I had no idea they implemented this kind of system.

Thank you for taking the time to reply everyone. I’m feeling pretty bad about it especially since the management decided to implement this without even announcing it to the employees.
