Are we allowed to tip ourselves?
Is it possible to send the BATs which we collected to our Twitter page?

You are only allowed to tip yourself if your earnings are from the Ads. If you have BAT tokens from Grants, its not allowed and you could get your account suspended.

what is grants?
I believe around 20 BAT you can claim each month to TIP your favorite content creators.
