Are shift workers penalized compared to normal daily routines on receiving ads?

If someone’s routine requires them to be active at a rotation of hours throughout the week or month, does that impair the logic used for when to serve Brave ads?

To me the logic is really weird, and ads like to appear at the worst times, not when seeing a related ad would have maximum impact. Things are pretty quiet most of the time, and I’d like to know if the hours of use routine have an effect.
