This page isn’t working

www.ardmediathek.de redirected you too many times.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi,
the site works for me (https://www.ardmediathek.de/ard/). Could you follow the tip of the page and delete your cookies if necessary?

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Copy this to the URL page & press Enter.
At Period you choose “Total time”. The option “Cookies and other website data” should be checked - > click “Delete data now”.

Odd…I had removed the cookies but that didn’t help.

I needed to use the Advanced cookie cleaning to make it work again.(Or use a VPN connection)

It is working again now. Thank you
