April payment lower than claimed

Got the 3 claims button for my 3 browsers (home, laptop, office). Fake amount as example.

Browser 1:
estimated 1.5 BAT
claimed: 1 BAT

Browser 2:
estimated 2.5 BAT
claimed: 2 BAT

Browser 3:
estimated 3.5 BAT
claimed: 3 BAT

Estimated : 6.5 BAT
Expected claim : 5 BAT
Received 1 unique payment on Gemini : 3.75 BAT

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Version 1.38.115 Chromium: 101.0.4951.64 (Build officiel) (x86_64) on the 3 computers

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)


What date did you verify your wallet?

Wallet verification : somewhat beginning 2021

checked transactions on 12, 14, 16, 17 May. Payment was on 12 May

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Hi, some news,

First partial payment happened on 12 May. Just happened that 2 new payment arrived 1 hour ago (18 May), with the missing amount.

It seems there is no one global payment at the moment, but multiple delayed ones. All seems good.

Funny part, the 2 new payouts arrived exactly at the same moment I was writing the Zendesk Ticket, but couldn’t send it :smiley: “They” knew (jk jk)
