April 5th payment not made

I have not received payments for 4 months, I reinstall the browser in March and as of today May 6 I have not received the payment for April. Can you help me? I am not claiming the payment for May 5, but I have been having this problem for months.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
