Application error upon trying to add my website

Hello there,

As the title says, I’m trying to add my website as a channel to my publishers account but, after filling the domain and clicking “continue”, I’m simply given a “Application error” page, no matter how many times I tried this, Always got a page with the following content:

Application error

An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs --tail

Please help me out, Thank you!

Might have been a server bug or some maintenance going on at the time. Are you still getting the error?
