All major streaming service are very slow, previously proposed solutions like
hardware support etc dont work.
Same sites are fine in Firefox - side by side Windows comparison done.

try the following
disable all extension and try in private mode if it work then either the issue with one of your extension or your need to clear your cache
try 1 with and without hardware acceleration also with ads blocker on or off
if not thing help then create new profile and check if it work fine or not with and without the hardware acceleration if it does not work then try to disable the ads blocker and see if it work or not
