Description of the issue:
Appearance issue (system min/max/close overlays extensions & hamburger) when vertical tabs enabled without enabling “Show title bar”, on at least QT theme.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Enable vertical tabs, without “Show title bar”.
- Switch Appearance Theme to QT
- Toggle Tabs (> Use vertical tabs:) > Show title bar – on & off.
Expected result: extensions & hamburger menu are not blocked by window controls

Additional Information:
Top, blue spiral profile, shows issue (Show title bar – False). Bottom, purple spiral shows expected (Show title bar – True).
