--app= switch not working anymore

I have a keybind to launch brave --incognito --app=https://youtube.com/feed/library and it’s just stopped working with this last update. Instead of opening YouTube without any browser UI elements, it just opens a regular blank new incognito window. I’ve tried launching with the switch from a terminal, same issue. I’m on Linux, browser version is 95.1.31.88

–app= still works on:
Chromium 95.0.4638.69
Ungoogled Chromium 94.0.4606.81
Vivaldi 4.3.2439.63 stable

So I assume it’s an issue specific to brave
